We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work in our clients Commercial Real Estate Division. This opportunity will move fast for the right candidate and will be eligible to convert to Permanent Full Time Employment. This position will primarily be remote.
Qualifications:- Previous experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Experience with Commercial Leases
- Understanding commercial lease agreements and terminology
- Assist in obtaining Construction Permits
- Help with Title Companies and 3rd party parties
- Participate in Site Assessment
- Project Coordinator for Commercial Real Estate and Development sites
- Work with surveys and reports
