- 5+ years’ experience in Tableau and SQL
- Develop, maintain and manag advanced reporting and analytics in Tableau
- Adept at creating dashboards
- Solid understanding of SQL or any relational database; Strong querying skills
- Perform data analysis, data mapping and design
- Knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
- Work with business and IT teams to understand the requirements
- Collaborate with offshore based teams complete the development
- Experience working in an Agile software development and Software quality assurance environment
- Participate in integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the reports/dashboards are fully tested
- Able to communicate and document all the issues; Follow up with all stakeholders to close the defects
- Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Resolve technical issues of projects and work with offshore based teams
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
