- Typically requires 6-8 years of applicable QA/ Performance Testing/Engineering experience
- Experience with building performance test plans, reports and test results analysis
- Experience working on the tools like Load runner, Performance Center, VUGEN / JMeter /Storm Runner
- Collaborate with Developers and Architects on application and system performance impacts.
- Design and run extensive performance, load, stress and scalability tests using industry standard tools
- Develop benchmark workloads based on production traffic patterns and anticipated business features
- Experience with analyzing application logs and various system utilization metrics
- Experience with Application monitoring tools like New Relic tools
- Experience with TFS, Jira tools
- Experience with performance testing for Web Applications, MobileApps, Microservices
- Experience in testing applications built on architecture supporting Cloud computing Architecture.
- Experience in leading the performance team.
- Experience working in Onsite/Offshore model/
- Understanding of Performance testing process and ROI.
- Ability to work in an Agile, continuous integration environment.
- Good reporting skills
