Human Resources company needs a part-time accounting clerk and bookkeeper.
Required duties and skills:
-Review and accurately calculate employee time sheets for payroll processing.
-Review and accurately process client invoices using QuickBooks.
-Review and accurately enter employee and client accounting data on Excel spreadsheets.
-Respond to and write comprehensive client and management reports using MS Word.
-Excellent organizational and filing skills.
-Excellent communications skills required.
-Type accurately 50-60 WPM.
-Advance level Quickbooks, Excel, and MS Words experience.
-3-5 years verifiable experience.
-BS/BA in Accounting preferred.
