Bookkeeper Job Duties:
Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Monthly reports
Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
General administration tasks
Skills/Qualifications
Qualified Candidates should posses:
2+ years of Quick-books experience
Knowledge of general accounting concepts
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Good communications, organization, and analytical skills, and be very detail oriented
