Commercial union contractor is seeking a very qualified person join us !
You have VERY good experience in the following:
Preparing in-house payroll
Certified payroll reporting
Union benefits, union reporting, dispatch, etc.
All the related payroll functions like tax deposits, garnishments, etc.
Payroll tax filings - Quarterly & Annual
HR and Employee benefits - 401k, Flex plans, health insurance, etc.
MS Office, EXCEL, etc.
You have good experience in:
General accounting and GL
Construction billing and contract administration
Construction accounts receivable
General office stuff
Helping others succeed
You should have the following stuff:
5+ years construction accounting experience
Construction software experience
Experience with Textura, Procore, etc
Experience with CPR DIR etc
Ability to work and plan independently
Ability to manage workflow and projects
Great attitude
