Our small law office located in Concord is seeking a person to serve as our firm's Legal Accountant. This position performs legal billing, maintains our general ledger and trust accounts and minimizes accounts receivable through collections work. The successful candidate will have demonstrated proficiency in Xero accounting and a deep understanding of Clio or similar legal billing software. Professional oral and written communications are a must.
The Position:
This is a part-time, 20-30 hour per week position. After an introductory period of 90 days, the person holding this position will be eligible to work remotely for one to two days per week.
Qualifications:
The following must be set forth in detail in your resume, including years of experience:
Proficiency with Xero accounting.
Proficiency with Clio or similar legal billing system.
Familiarity with direct collections work.
