Fluent bilingual Spanish speaking Call Customer Service/Data Entry specialist is needed for a major financial institution. In this Call Center Customer service position you will be speaking with customers regarding wire money transfers. You will be taking inbound calls as well as making outbound calls with other departments and branch personnel to resolve customer issues. Must be able to follow company policies and directives. Technical skills required would be the ability to work in multiple screens at one time and grasp software quickly .Must be able to conduct business in Spanish.
Shifts: Range from 6am-5pm (40 hours per week) / must be available to work Saturdays
