Reports To: Marketing Manager / Owner

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Construction Marketing & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting our construction services, generating new business leads, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with potential clients, and ensure every customer receives top-notch service throughout their project journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound marketing and follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach efforts.

Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead and project information.

Coordinate with the sales and project management teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.

Support brand awareness initiatives, including digital marketing, community events, and trade shows.

Provide feedback from customers to help improve marketing strategies and service quality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.

Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications a plus).
