Customer Service front desk position at a pet resort. Must have experience in the animal field. Looking for a person who has a professional, cheerful, compassionate and helpful attitude with experience in customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones, emails, booking reservations for boarding, grooming and day care. Must be able to escort dogs up to 150lbs to and from their accommodations. Also, need to be comfortable with cats. Must be dependable, punctual, team player and a quick learner in our fast paced environment. We offer full time benefits Medical, Dental and PTO.
