Mother’s Helper Needed

Seeking a Mother’s Helper for my wife. We have three little ones under the age of five, with another baby due this summer, and we could use some extra hands. We are looking for someone motherly, not a college student, as our family has been through a lot since the fires and needs someone mature and grounded. Most of the sitter websites are university students, so no need to guide me there. We have a large property and would want someone who enjoys being outdoors with little ones. This is not a nanny position - Mom is present and active in homeschooling. We are looking to Village our children and prioritize connection and warmth over professional expertise. Pay is very open for the right candidate and schedule is flexible. Ideally someone located in or familiar with the Santa Cruz Mountains. Thanks in advance!
