The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Interior Designer who’s fluent in CAD and excited to work in a hands-on, boutique environment. You’ll collaborate closely with our lead designer to turn sketches and concepts into clear drawings, source materials, and keep the many moving parts of design projects beautifully organized. What You’ll Do
Draft floor plans, elevations, and details using CAD software
Support design concept development, mood boards, and client presentations
Source materials, finishes, and fixtures; manage samples and documentation
Communicate with vendors and fabricators for pricing and product details
Prepare drawing sets and design packages for clients and site teams
Visit job sites for measurements, finish checks, and installations
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar)
A sharp eye for materials and spatial flow
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a collaborative studio setting
Reliable transportation for occasional site visits and vendor trips
Compensation & Perks
$28–$35/hr depending on experience
