El restaurante servirà platos accesibles de San Francisco con influencias de la Costa Este JudÃa Deli, y la comida callejera de Israel. El restaurante està situado en el distrito de la misión, una manzana de Dolores Park, smack en el medio del revitalizado "gueto gourmet". Utilizamos ingredientes de mercado de temporada y de alta calidad. - 2 anos de experiencia trabajando en un restaurante de alto nivel.
- Conocimiento amplio de las reglas de sanidad de la cocina.
- Excelente aptitud organizadora y atención al detalle.
- Habilidad y disposición para trabajar bajo presión.
- Trabaja bien con otros.
- Capacidad para trabajar largas horas.

Al's Deli, Aaron London's new restaurant in the mission district of San Francisco is seeking a prep cook. We are forming a team of people who truly cares about hospitality, making people happy and creating a fun work environment.
AL's Deli is fast-casual fine dining restaurant from Chef Aaron London of Michelin starred Al's Place. The Restaurant will serve approachable San Francisco fare with influences from the East Coast Jewish Deli, and the street food of Israel. The Restaurant is located in the mission district, a block form Dolores Park, smack in the middle of the revitalized "gourmet ghetto". We utilize seasonal and high quality market ingredients. We are interested in people with passion and integrity, and the desire to not only help us achieve a high level of hospitality but to push the level of our standards and operational success on a daily basis.
Prep Cook Qualifications:
-Two years experience working prep in a fine dinning kitchen.
-A firm understanding of kitchen sanitation practices.
-Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
-Willingness and ability to perform under pressure.
-Works well with others.
