Soda Works, a nationally recognized cocktail bar in downtown Los Gatos, is looking for motivated and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Bartenders:
Craft world-class cocktails, deliver exceptional hospitality, and help create memorable experiences for every guest. Prior bartending experience is preferred.
Servers:
Provide warm, attentive service while guiding guests through our award-winning cocktails and small plates. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Food Runner / Busser:
A key support role responsible for delivering dishes, clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service flow. Great entry point for those looking to grow in hospitality.
Dishwasher: $23/hr
An essential part of our operation—keeping all glassware, plates, and kitchen tools spotless and ready. Includes operating dish machines, organizing wares, and assisting the kitchen when needed.
