Belcampo is seeking ALL BACK OF HOUSE POSITIONS for our NEW LOCATION OPENING IN SAN MATEO!
BOH staff will assist with setting up workstations and ingredients to ensure food can be prepared according to recipes and our high culinary standards.
The right person for this role is ambitious, diligent and willing to improve their skills and knowledge of the industry. And having the ability and experience to consistently perform at a high level in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun environment is a must.
What you bring to the table:
ï§ Have at least 1 year of full-service or upscale Quick Service Restaurant as a Line Cook or Prep Cook with the ability to follow recipes.
ï§ Basic understanding in all stations of the line, including: grill and saute, knive skills, tools and kitchen equipment.
ï§ Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures including the ability to work cleanly, safely, and efficiently.
ï§ Ability to operate effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly to ensure smooth service operations and preparation of high quality food.
