We are seeking a Front of House (FOH) Manager at our exciting NEW LOCATION opening at HILLSDALE SHOPPING CENTER.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer and Compadre (employee) focused leader with at least two years of restaurant/hospitality management experience.
As a Front of House Manager, you will be instrumental in working with the GM, AGM, and other FOH managers, and the Kitchen Leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while inspiring and leading Front of House (FOH) Compadres to drive the daily operations of the full service and quick service restaurants.
What you bring to the table:
ï§ Are naturally kind and maintain an optimistic demeanor with a personal commitment and passion for delivering the highest level of service - we are customer centric and make people happy.
ï§ Minimum two years of restaurant management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
ï§ Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Belcampo Meat Co. operations including our customer steps of service, menu knowledge and food safety handling.
ï§ Must be able to maintain a culture of clear accountability by supporting, coaching and developing Compadres.
What youll mostly do:
ï§ Engage as many guests and customers as possible. Assure the highest level of guest service including mitigating guest concerns to positive resolution.
ï§ Participate in the selection and hiring process of FOH Compadres including supervising on-the-job training activities for all FOH positions.
ï§ Consistently engage customers and guests to achieve the highest level of satisfaction possible.
