Qualifications:
Must have relevant food-service experience. Candidates without food service management experience will not be considered.
Dynamic, charismatic personality that can talk to students, our staff, and VIPs at the College.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food/beverages to guests and run POS
Substitute for or assist other employees during emergencies or rush periods.
Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
Commitment to excellent service and ethics!
Delegate tasks to team
Counting registers, preparing sales reports
Placing orders with FOH vendors
Effectively communicate
Prepare and deliver caterings
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must be able to correctly and safely use standard service equipment.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Must comply with all ServSafe principles - will train.
Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Employee must be able to work on their feet 8.0 hour per day excluding breaks.
