Bartender Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bartender located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Additional responsibilities include operating a cash register, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with the rest of the staff for smooth service.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide excellent patron experience and build rapport with guests
Experience in Food & Beverage preparation and knowledge of drink recipes and presentations
Proficiency in Cash Handling and processing transactions accurately
Demonstrated Bartending skills, including mixing and serving drinks with precision and speed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attend to details
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and sanitation standards
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
Certification in responsible alcohol serving practices is a plus
