Job title: Full-Time Delivery Driver
Laughing Monk Brewing wants to add Full-Time delivery drivers to our Distribution Team. We are a small, independently-owned craft brewery located in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco. This is an entry-level position with the potential for advancement in our company. The right candidate is honest, hard-working, a good communicator, and of course, enjoys beer. Responsibilities include:
● Daily deliveries to accounts in the greater Bay Area.
● Assisting the distribution team with building pallets for delivery.
● Weekly packaging work on the canning line with the production team.
Requirements:
● Absolutely must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
● Must be able to lift up to 130lb kegs
● Experience delivering in the Bay Area preferred but not required
● Experience using pallet jacks preferred but not required
● Forklift certification is preferred but not required
● Excellent communication skills & generally good disposition (you'll be representing Laughing Monk throughout the Bay Area)
● Must possess strong attention to detail and work ethic
● Must have access to a phone; comfortable navigating using GPS on a smartphone
Hours:
● Monday - Friday: 7:30 am-5 pm- please do not apply if you have schedule conflicts during this time. We are not able to be flexible with these hours.
● Generally 35 - 45 hrs/week with ample opportunity for more hours; overtime at over 8 hrs/week
● No weekend work
Compensation:
● Starting $19.00 - $22.00 per hour – more for the right candidate with experience
