Schedule: Part-time; Tuesdays-Saturdays 10am - 3pm.

We pride ourselves on excellence and are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our exceptional kitchen team. Our fast-paced environment is perfect for highly motivated individuals who thrive under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor.

Role Overview:

As a Line Cook, you will prepare dishes to the chef's specifications, set up stations for our dynamic menu, and collaborate with the kitchen team to execute our signature dishes. You will assist the Kitchen Manager with daily tasks, ensuring a seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience working in Fine Dining environment.

Demonstrate proficiency in cooking skills, knife handling, and kitchen safety.

Follow direction from the Kitchen Manager.

Cook menu items in coordination with the team.

Ensure food quality and timing meet high standards.

Work effectively under pressure and maintain a clean work environment.

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.

Maintain a professional appearance and be adaptable to various tasks.

Requirements:

Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a high-volume setting.

Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Capability to reach items at varying heights.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
