We are a restaurant group seeking an experienced & competent, full-time Restaurant Manager/Bar Manager to join our newest location.
While bar management experience is essential, this role requires you to be able to divide your time between the bar and working the floor in manager capacity. You will have at least one office/admin day, and will work 4 shifts on the floor supervising all areas of the location. This could be a combination of mid shifts, opening and closing. We seek someone adept at coaching their team, with great time management skills and ability to multi-task. Communication is key, please have experience working with a diverse team and be comfortable communicating needs with other members of the management team. We are looking for someone who can handle a large role but knows how to ask for help when needed. You have the opportunity to shape this role into what works for you, but need to work as part of a team with a larger vision of happy staff, delighted customers, and a profitable business.
Candidate must have a strong background in floor management, bartending, cocktail creation, comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environments, and have excellent time management and communication skills.

Please have at least 2 years prior experience managing a large diverse team, be comfortable in fast-paced environments, and have excellent communication skills. Catering & Events experience is a plus.
