We are a small high-end sushi restaurant located in Downtown Redwood City. The restaurant has only 9 counter seats, Omakase style, 2 seatings per evening. We only serve 18 customers maximum per day. Our restaurant focus on food and service quality, every detailed of setting and serving. Our team is extremely small. We focus on providing excellent dining experience to customers.
Servers (pt or full time): Server’s main responsibilities are managing reservations, service prep, beverages order taking, table maintenance and serving customers. We focus on excellent customer service and great attitude towards customers and work.
Requirements for the position:
Japanese Fine Dining service experience is preferred.
Must be fluent in English.
Have knowledge of serving Japanese Sake are desired.
Caltrain station right across our restaurant.
