About Last Rites:
The first adventure bar in San Francisco, Last Rites is an immersive cocktail experience located in Duboce Triangle just off the Castro. Serving a dark take on Tiki, our cocktails are rum-centric but also include a diverse array of spirits and eclectic ingredients.
About the position:
Our serving staff is responsible for greeting guests, explaining the menu, taking orders, running drinks, and bussing tables. We run with a small staff and minimal support staff. That being said, the server is responsible for all aspects of the guest experience.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking an outgoing, positive, detail oriented individual who is comfortable in a high volume fast paced atmosphere. Someone who strives to provide the highest level of customer service, while remaining warm and calm under pressure. A desire to expand their knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years prior serving experience in a fast paced restaurant / bar
- Experience with popular POS systems (Toast preferred)
- Current California Food Handlers Card
- Valid RBS Certificate
- Must be able to communicate in English (speak, read, write)
- Must be able to stand, walk, lift, serve for an extended period of time
