The Geyserville Grilleis hiring for an experienced Lead Cook/Sous Chefwho will work with our team of dedicated professionals to provide a friendly and memorable dining experience for our guests. The Grille is part of an intimate complex that includes the charming and recently remodeled 43-room Geyserville Inn and a beautiful vineyard-view events venue. The food at the Grille is wine country casual, upscale, serving 3 meals daily, and is popular with locals. The Inn hosts frequent small meetings and events, for which the Grille is the exclusive catering provider.

The Lead Cook/Sous Chef is responsible for providing high quality food for the restaurant by managing all areas of kitchen production and maintaining cost effectiveness in accordance with the standards and policies of Geyserville Grille. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager, Regional Manager, and property owner.

Top candidate will have a passion for providing the best food service possible and be recognized by both guests and team members for being a valued contributor to the establishment. We are looking for candidates that also have experience in preparing banquet food and have a basic understanding of determining food and labor costs. You must be hands on and willing to step in and cover shifts as required, to maintain a quality of food and service.
