Position: Server (Full-time / Part-time)

We’re looking for professional, reliable servers who can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities
Provide warm, attentive, knowledgeable table service
Guide guests through the menu and answer questions confidently
Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS
Deliver food and beverages promptly
Maintain clean tables and an organized dining area
Support the service team and uphold Lily’s standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years serving experience (fine dining or high-volume preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Solid wine knowledge and comfort with beverage pairings
Ability to multitask and work with urgency
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Current Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain)
Able to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs
