We serve pizza by the slice, do lots of catering, throw lots of parties, and have a really good time! We are an SF Chronicle Top 100 Restaurant, have been featured in Bon Appetite, the Wall Street Journal, and Food & Wine Magazine. The Infatuation rated us as a top 20 pizzeria in the United States!
We are currently searching for a chef and sous chef. Chef salary: $70k-$80k / Sous Chef Salary: $26/hr + tips or $60k
Requirements for Chef
-5+ years restaurant experience
-2+ years pizza experience
-Managerial computer skills
-Experience working with management teams across several locations
-Spanish speaker a plus
-Great references
-Able to work 50 hour weeks
Requirements for Sous Chef
-3+ years restaurant experience
-Experience making artisan pizza at a high level
-Conversation Spanish speaker
-Great references
-Team player, no attitude, no drama
-Able to work 45 hour weeks
Both positions will work closely with chef owner to develop menu items, improve existing systems, manage teams, and incubate a healthy work environment.
