Lorenzo's Pizza is seeking shift leaders to work and move into management positions in our
exciting pizza outlet near Oakland Grand Farmers Market. We currently have 6 retail outlets and
are rapidly expanding.
We are looking for employees for a have a passion for pizza, exceptional communication skills
and maintain high working standards in a busy kitchen.
Requirements:
Shift Lead / Management Experience
Daily Inventory and Ordering
Pizza Making Experience (Hand Stretched Dough)
Cash Handling
Willing to work full time plus hours
Responsibilities:
Weekly Scheduling
Training and Hiring of new staff members
Stock Inventory
Weekly and Month Staff Meeting
Communicating with Regional Management Daily
