- At least 2 years proven full-service restaurant experience in fast paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with ability to convert social skill into sales
- Passion for food, wine, and hospitality with knowledge and desire to continue learning
- A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Punctual, reliable, and detail oriented
- Weekend, Late Night, and Brunch availability
- Certification or training in sommelier studies is a plus
- Ability to lift 30+ pounds
