SAFFRON KITCHEN, RESTAURANT & BAR, the hottest new Afghan infused Mediterranean restaurant located on College Ave in Rockridge, Oakland, has an immediate opening for an experienced, professional, and personable Server to join our team. Currently, we need to fill the following night shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and possibly Sunday PM shift. We are hiring immediately. Minimum of two years’ experience required in a formal/semi-formal dinning restaurant.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum two years’ experience in a formal/semi formal dinner house.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Responsibilities:
Meet, greet, and seat customers.
Provide professional service by taking orders, delivery meals, and help open table again.
Maintain a clean and organized dinning area
Communicate effectively with the bar, and kitchen teams.
Assist with answering phones and taking reservations
Proficiency with Toast POS system.
