The ideal Server/host candidate should have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and make them feel welcome. The candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and should have experience handling cash and making change accurately. The candidate should have a deep understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, and should be able to enforce these procedures effectively. The candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and should have reliable transportation. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred, but not required.
