Spruce is searching for dining room professionals to join our team. We are seeking the following positions: hosts, captains, baristas, bussers, bartenders, and food runners for our award-winning restaurant.
Our ideal candidate would be someone who:
Have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining.
A passion for hospitality and desire to take care of our guests.
The ability to work well with the team and have a "can do” attitude.
A love of food and knowledge of both domestic and Old-World wines.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment yet can pay attention to the details.
Is interested in growing and learning with us.
A flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
