We are a small private practice looking for a dental assistant with a true passion for dental care. The ideal candidate will be interested in a back office, RDA or DA, role in our team. We value our relationships with our patients. We give our patients ideal treatment in a caring and friendly environment.
We are a small team, we enjoy each others company, and we pay attention to the details of having a successful dental office.
We are looking for someone motivated to be successful and maintain a growing dental practice, consisting of all aspects of general dentistry: restorative composites, Cerec crowns, oral surgery, implant surgery and implant restoration, dentures, invisalign/clear correct, periodontal treatment.
We will train new RDAs or DAs waiting to get their RDA license! This is a great opportunity to learn and develop as an RDA.
We have a front office manager and a back office manager that will train the new hire.
Most Importantly: we want a team player who is very comfortable talking with patients, discussing treatments plans and assisting the dentist provide patients with personalized dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment with a positive and upbeat attitude.
The position is to start a 4 days a week Mon-Thurs from 730-530.
8 days PTO Paid, Medical, Dental and 8 federal holidays are paid.
