Busy orthopedic office looking for a reliable Phone Operator to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, handling phones, scheduling, messages, and mail.
Job Duties:
Answer and route high-volume calls
Schedule/confirm appointments as needed
Take accurate messages or reroute calls
Process incoming/outgoing mail
General admin support
Requirements:
Strong phone/communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Medical office or call center experience a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
