We are a friendly and fun orthodontic office in Novato, looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as an Orthodontic Assistant. In addition to assisting our two doctors chair-side, you will also be expected to share in other clinical support duties as well as front office support duties.

REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred: Licensed Registered Dental Assistant
Prior experience as Dental Assistant or recent/upcoming graduate of Dental Assisting Program
Clinical support (lab, sterilization, records)
Front office support (answer phones, scheduling, greeting/seating patients, receiving/posting payments)
Ability and experience taking photos, x-rays and impressions
Paperless charting
Friendly, outgoing and motivated personality
Ability to positively and proactively support the team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations
High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to support change
HOURS:
30 hours per week (Full-time status)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (8:30 - 5:30)
Wednesday (1:45 - 6:15)
