Harbor Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team. We’re seeking someone who has great customer service and communication skills. As our first point of contact with customers, you’ll be coordinating them with our veterinary team and ensuring they are getting the prompt care and service they need. This position interacts with clients, staff, vendors, and pharmacies making appointments, data entry, scheduling, filling prescriptions and managing the workflow for the practice. This is a fast paced, high pressure position.
Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is required. Candidate must possess solid computer skills, general clerical skills, and basic veterinary knowledge. Please include a brief cover letter with your application.
