Big O Tires in our Concord CA location is now looking for experienced Tire & Lube Techs and General Service team members. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment. If you want to be part of our growing franchise organization, check us out below !
These are full-time positions (40 hours/week).
Part time available also.
Basic duties of a Tire Technicians / General Service Technician include:
1. Installing, balancing and repairing tires
2. General Service duties / Oil and Mfg Maintenance Fluid changes
3. Monitor and facilitate tire service work-flow
4. Shop housekeeping, i.e. cleaning, painting, and physical image of shop.
5. Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Strong customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
Lifting requirement up to 50 lbs.
