Now Hiring: Floor Care Supervisor
Central California Region
Locations: Morgan Hill, Monterey, and Salinas
We are rapidly growing in the Central Coast area and seeking an experienced Floor Care Supervisor to lead floor maintenance operations across our key accounts.
Position Details
Pay: $25/hour
Gas allowance provided
Hours: Part-time to start (minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed) – will transition to full-time within 1–2 months
Schedule: Flexible based on account needs; some weeks heavier, some lighter – never less than 30 hours
Travel Radius: Morgan Hill, Monterey, and Salinas
Ideal Location: Candidates living between Castroville, Watsonville, and San Juan Bautista preferred
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and perform advanced floor care, with priority on strip & wax and carpet cleaning expertise
Manage 3 important janitorial/floor care accounts
Ensure high-quality standards and client satisfaction
Coordinate scheduling and team performance
Requirements
5+ years of management experience in janitorial or floor care accounts
Proven expertise in strip & wax and carpet care
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own truck or pickup preferred (for equipment transport)
Ability to pass a background check
