Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laborer specializing in C7 low voltage technology to join our team. This position requires expertise in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
Install low voltage systems, including structured cabling, and fiber.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and layout.
Coordinate and lead a team of laborers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Provide training and mentorship to junior laborers to enhance skill development and knowledge.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Skilled Laborer specializing in C7 low voltage technology or similar role.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate and supervise a team.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools specific to low voltage installations.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
