Small litigation firm in downtown San Rafael seeks an experienced legal assistant. Your tasks, in rough order of importance, will include:
Preparing, serving and efiling documents
Calendaring due dates
Scheduling meetings, depositions, etc.
Working with clients to complete discovery responses
Extensive phone contact with clients, experts, opposing parties and others
At least five years of experience in a similar position is required.
Knowing your way around computers is a must, as we are a paperless office and heavily reliant on them for our work.
