Ryan Family Law Group needs a junior to experienced family law litigator, for either contract or part-time work, along with full-time work for the right candidate. Candidate located near Bay Area, California, with at least one plus years of focused family law experience, preferred.

Looking for self-starter who has high standards, possesses excellent writing skills, and a keen intellect. Opportunity to set your own hours subject to appearance needs. Position is fully remote. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Legal Solutions, Lexis/Westlaw, and Clio, a plus.

Expected Duties:

Ideal candidate should have one or more years of experience in family law. Candidates should have significant, focused, experience in all aspects of litigation since the successful candidate will be working independently, with limited supervision, on:

- Pleadings, motions (or RFOs), declarations, points and authorities, and all aspects of litigation and discovery.

- Online research.

- Settlement and trial briefs.

- Evidence to be introduced at hearings and trials, to include working on exhibits.

- Making court appearances on assigned cases.

- Working independently with clients.

Need to be admitted to California Bar, have California Driver’s license, and have insurance for vehicle they will be driving to hearings (when Covid-19 restrictions are lifted).

Expected Salary:

From $90,000.00 to $135,000.0 per year (depending on experience).
