MTSA is looking to add experienced, motivated, and exceptional paralegals to its distinguished legal team at both locations.
An ideal paralegal candidate will have 3-5 years of family law experience in California. Candidates will be expected to be self-starters capable of managing an active litigation caseload under supervision of the firm's four partners. MTSA manages a diverse caseload but specializes in complex, high asset, and high conflict dissolutions. Ideal candidates will have experience managing similar cases.
Successful candidates will be assigned a caseload and will work directly with partners and associate attorneys on all facets of their cases including but not limited to communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts; drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, correspondence, and discovery.
