A solo practitioner is seeking an independent wage-and-hour paralegal to assist with certain plaintiffs’ employment cases, especially those involving wage-and-hour disputes. Intimate and demonstrable knowledge in terms of calculating wages, interest, overtime, and penalties is required. Expected work 5-10 hours per week, but there is no guarantee of any minimum hours.
