Looking for a paralegal with five (5) plus years of experience in the following areas:
FAMILY LAW:
- MSAs, Judicial Council forms, PDDs, Dissolutions in general.
- RFOs, Ex-parte apps, etc.
- Guardianship Petitions
- Conservatorship Petitions
- Motions re: Custody
- QDROs
- etc
- Civil matters, a plus but not required.
