California litigation defense firm specializing in medical malpractice has an immediate opening for a part or full-time 100% remote associate with experience in medical malpractice litigation. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.
This position would be mainly responsible for discovery, consultations with experts and writing motions - specifically summary judgment motions. The right candidate will have strong research and writing skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
The hours are flexible and no appearances will be necessary.
The salary range is $50 - $75/hour, DOE.
