About the Job:

To provide sales and marketing support by building a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives. This position requires tenacity, strong judgment and quick decision-making skills to identify the potentiality of new firm business.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads via inbound phone calls, social media and emails.

Assess eligibility and potential case value based on firm criteria.

Research and maintain lead database.

Create client files and enter them into case management system.

Follow-up with clients regarding case information and documents.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

1-2 years sales or lead generation experience required.

Experience researching and maintaining databases.

Litigation firm experience a plus.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Well-developed customer service skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
