We have an opening for a Temporary Marketing Coordinator (approximately 3-4 months) who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the firms fun, diverse and highly-regarded Marketing department. This position can be based in our Mountain View/San Francisco/San Jose (CA) or Seattle (WA) office.

Responsibilities Include:Prepare research and marketing/sales materials for meetings with prospective clients.

Data entry of pre- and post-pitch activities to CRM database.

Maintain updates to experience lists and case studies used to target pitch efforts.

Maintain updates to sales material templates.

Various sales and marketing research projects for practice groups and industry groups.

Support the firms external marketing and communications function by coordinating sales materials updates with other external communications, including updates to practice group descriptions and representative matters on the firms website, blogs and presence on social media platforms.

Help maintain the list of attorney/practice/firm awards and honors and coordinate updates to various sales and marketing materials, including pitch templates, firm website and attorney bios.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written.

Extremely detail-oriented, with superior proofreading and fact checking skills.

Efficient, organized and ability to stay productive under pressure with tight deadlines.

Aptitude for learning new systems and procedures quickly.

Proficient in MS Office.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the ideal candidate will have exceptional online research skills. Familiarity with legal and technology industries a plus.
