IGG is looking for a passionate and creative game designer to join our marketing team. You will pitch and design prototypes that will attract users into our hit games. Must be able to build block out simulations in Unity and have a clear understanding of your designs. You will be working closely with our team of talented artists and programmers to achieve a marketable video ad.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implementation of strategic gameplay marketing on our free-to-play game through release and live operations.
- Collaborate with programmers, designers, artists, and management to produce designs that are both actionable by the team, and compatible with the needs of the project.
- Develop visions for new gameplay systems and extensions of existing systems and to engage the player in deep strategy.
- Seek to gather and digest feedback and data on your designs, and extract insights from which to adjust and tune.
- Push brainstorming and design efforts towards the best possible outcomes for the video.
- Keep on top of mobile game trends and understand what's working and what isn't - and what appeals to players of various types.
- Be an unending font of knowledge about games, the games industry, and opportunities for the company to capitalize on.
- Creating Mocks and Simulation on Unity
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience with Unity 3D (preference for Mobile Games).
- Proficient building levels in Unity, prefer Dungeons.
- You are an avid gamer, especially in the mobile game, but you play games from many genres and on different platforms.
- You have worked in the games industry in a design-related role.
- You obsessively deconstruct your own experiences while playing games, and can clearly analyze and articulate the reasons behind the feelings you experience and the choices you make when you play games
- You are self-motivated and have a proven record of taking ownership and leading things to completion.
- You are intellectually curious and always ready to learn from both the old and the new, the familiar and the strange.
- You have both strong analytical skills and a gift for empathy, and you know how to use them. You can take either a clinical eye or an emotional heart to decision-making as the situation requires.
