Machine shop seeking to hire a full time CNC Lathe Programmer/Setup Machinist with Min 3 years experience.

This is not an entry level position.
Requirements:
Ability to program and machine using Doosan CNC Lathe
Manage and instruct setup personnel/operators to properly run programmed parts.
Minimum of 3 years experience in programming.
Make suggestions for improvement in cost, processes, quality, and productivity
Strong mechanical aptitude, good math skills
Must be able to read and understand drawings
Able to set up, and operate machines
Ability to inspect own work and work under minimal supervision
Must be detail oriented; problem solver; and desire to learn.
Self-motivated, mechanically inclined, good visualization skill.
Flexible in job assignment and duties, must be motivated, possess a “can do” attitude, initiative and enthusiasm for the job and demonstrate an excellent attendance record.
