Job Description:
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Run, machining jobs per standard methods as needed on various multi axis CNC machines and deburr/detail parts while machines are running.
2. Deburrs parts are needed and does other shop duties
3. Produce good quality parts and tooling per work standard cycle times.
4. Inspect quality and use standard work methods to ensure quality such as Pre-control and process control methods.
5. Complete and Sign Routers and Travelers per policy. Never pass a defective part to the next team member.
6. As needed, perform discrepant part disposition (MRB) per the Control of Non-Conforming Product procedures.
7. As needed, document the production process: setup, tool list, special operating instructions, and in-process inspection documents.
8. Be familiar with some CNC machine / Will be trained as well
