USK Manufacturing, Inc. is a small minority owned business specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication, machining and mechanical assembly . We are looking for a positive self-motivated individual that can easily adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct inspections for in process, outside processes and final inspections to ensure conformance to all specifications.
2. Investigate non-conformances and report findings to quality manager.
3. Create certificate of compliance, manage material test reports, outside process certifications, etc.
Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a quality position at a precision sheet metal or machine shop.
2. Know how to read BOM lists and technical drawings.
3. Excellent communication and computer skills.
4. Proficient with basic functions of MS Office.
5. If you have ERP software experience, please state which software you have experience with.
6. Team player, positive attitude, ability to multi task, stay calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
7. High attention to detail and precision.
8. Familiar with PEM and Southco hardware.
This is a full time position, 40 hours a week. Hours are M - F 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
